Journey to Information Coordinator Program Success

Many information governance records management (IGRM) programs want to adopt an information/records coordinator network to help make their programs and IGRM flourish inside their organizations. They know that the adoption of better IM practices means greater efficiency within the business and risk reduction. However, many organizations struggle with kick-starting the program or knowing how to keep the momentum and engagement once the initial program is launched. In this interactive session, we will look at the journey to get you started and the journey to keep the engagement alive through presentation and crowd-sourcing interactivity.

At the end of this session, you will have an initial framework to initiate and maintain engagement and basic metrics to confidently demonstrate the value of your IGRM program to your leadership team.
